摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the construction situation and improvement measures of medical ethics archives.Method:By analyzing the features and problems of medical files management,The method were been put forward to solve the problems.Result:Some problems such as Archives consciousness, management meaning lagged,content lessness and management didn’t play its proper role in the archives construction of medical ethics management.This paper proposed the countermeasures,enhanced the consciousness,the use of advanced means of archives management,improved the content and improved the effect of the use of the archives of medical ethics.Conclusion:Strengthen and standardize hospital archives management of medical ethics,improve the doctor-patient relationship,promote social harmony,and promote faster and better development of medical and health care service and guarantee are very important.关键词
