烟酸缺乏症合并痛风性肾病1例
A Case of Pellagra with Gouty Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Report a case of pellagra with gouty nephropathy. Patient male,29 years old. For the whole body skin coarse,desquamation with diarrhea 2 months before admission. Patients with double upper limb and lower limb flexor side edge edematous dark red spots clearly visible,part of the skin stripped, stripped surface visible reddish skin and dark red desquamation,new local skin thickening coarse. Renal function in urea nitrogen (BUN) 15.85μmol/L,creatinine (Scr) 148μmol/L,uric acid (UA) 1098μmol/L.关键词
