617 Cases of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Epidemic Trend Analysis and the Prevention and Control Countermeasures

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explorer the foot and mouth disease popular trend in our hospital in nearly three years,for the prevention of hospital infection control and provide effective countermeasures.Method:The epidemiological investigation in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 in China Information System For Disease Control reported in 617 cases with foot and mouth disease cases were analyzed.Result:The results showed the hand-foot and mouth disease onset age<5 years of age were given priority to,at the highest of 1-3 years old,and the men were more than women(1.36∶1),with statistical significance.Peak onset time was given priority between April to June,for the highest peak was June,there was another boom in November and December.Conclusion:In recent years,the popularity of hand,foot and mouth disease have a rising trend,disinfection and isolation measures and take effective control for foot and mouth disease are key link in the process of hospital infection.关键词
