某院84例中成药不良反应报告分析
Analysis of 84 Adverse Reactions Caused by Chinese Patent Medicine Cases Reported in A Hospital

Abstract
Objective:To offer reference for clinical rational use of Chinese patent medicine by investigating the situation of adverse drug reactions(ADR) and risk factors for the cause of ADR occurred in a hospital.Method:84 ADR cases were collected from January 2010 to December 2012 in a hospital and analyzed statistically by using Microsoft office excel 2003 in respect of patients’sex,age,routes of administration,variety of drugs and clinical manifestations etc.Result:The incidence of adverse reactions were showed no difference in different genders and it was shown that patients above 41 years old were the high-risk group(47.62%).The highest incidence occurred in Traditional Chinese medicine injection and the most common manifestation of ADR was lesion of skin and its appendages,which was up to 71.43%.The varieties of Chinese Patent Medicine that caused ADR was chiefly Chinese medicine injection(90.04%). Conclusion:Great importance should be attached to adverse reactions monitoring of Chinese medicine injection so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions as well as ensure safe and effective medication.关键词
