摘要
Abstract
For the welding of sheet metal causes the defects of easy deformation and easy penetration,a dedica-ted welding fixture is designed.The fixture applies to motorcar door framework.There are some features,such as accurate location,quick and reliable clamping,convenient operation.With the welding fixture,the TIG welding test of 0.7 mm plate is done,then,tests about micro structure,micro hardness,and tensile are done after welding.The results show that on the basis of a reasonable welding process,this fixture can meet require-ments of welding motorcar door framework structure.关键词
