板宽对轧机刚度影响的实验研究
Experimental research on the influence of the plate width on rolling mill stiffness
摘要
Abstract
The lateral and longitudinal stiffness of mill for strip rolling are very important , the former directly determines the shape of rolling whether are in good condition , while the latter is of important significance for the strip longitudinal thickness control .Most previous research rest on the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, which were short of experimental support .This paper proposed an experimental test of industrial pure aluminum in 350 mm four roller reversible cold rolling with different width of strip width on rolling mill , vertical stiffness and horizontal stiffness effect rules are researched .After determined how rolling velocity effects stiffness, the optimal rolling speed is obtained .The experimental results show a phenomenon that exist two re-quirements, in low speed and similar width between the plate strip and the roll , to achieve high precision and good plate shape .This conclusion has significant fundamental guidance for accurate control of plate and thick -ness.关键词
