五流方坯连铸中间包流动数值模拟及激光粒子测速研究OA
Flow study of five strand billet caster tundish with numerical simulation and particle image velocimetry
通过应用ANSYS商业软件对某厂矩形坯连铸机的中间包钢水流动进行了数值模拟，利用中国重型机械研究院股份公司建立的中间包水模拟测试平台，对缩小的中间包水模型进行了流动速度测试，获取了有控流装置下中间包内的流动特征。研究结果表明，激光粒子测速获得的速度场较数值模拟的时均化速度场展现中间包流场更多的细节，中间包内部有大的涡流运动，整体速度较为均一，速度值在0.03－0.05 m／s之间，钢液在中间包温降在13℃范围内。
