摘要

Abstract

As general minor diameter mandrel does not endure larger recoiler tension , in this article, based on original structure , an improved type mandrel of strip recoiler is presented , which is applied on HAPL with dis-sertation of its key components and novel structural specialty .Based on some related parameter condition of an HAPL of the Baosteel , contrasting theoretical analysis and actual using effect of the mandrel , it is proved that this new type device is completely fit for actual working condition of the pass line with smaller diameter and lar -ger recoiler tension .
