基于DSP的电动车用无刷直流电机控制器的设计
Design of Controller of Brushless DC Motor for Electric Vehicle Based on DSP

Abstract
In view of the control requirements for electric vehicle, a new control system of brushless DC motor for electric vehicle based on dsPIC30F4012 was designed. Without adding the hardware, it was achieved to control the electric running and the regenerative braking of motor by software algorithm. To solve the deficiency of traditional control algorithm in motor control, and to improve the anti-interference ability of the system and the control precision, the fuzzy PI intelligent control algorithm was applied to the motor control. The specific design of the hardware, the system control strategy and control software process were given. The system was verified under the test of condition. The experimented results show that in electric condition, the control system has advantages of small steady-state error on speed regulation, strong antijamming and adaptive ability, and during regenerative braking, the system has the advantages of short braking time, speed smoothly, high energy feedback efficiency. The developed controller has good control performances.关键词
