Abstract
A hybrid control strategy was proposed, in order to realize the position-sensorless vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM ) at full speed range. The sliding mode observer method based on fundamental wave model was used for estimating the motor rotor speed and position at medium and high speed range. While at low or zero speed range, in order to avoid the defects of sliding mode observer, it switches to the high frequency injection method. The application of sliding mode observer was achieved. And the speed limit of sliding mode observer was measured, which is used as basis for establishing a speed switching area of mixed mode. The experiment simulation results show that the mixed mode of sliding mode observer and high frequency injection can effectively reduce the chatter in the process of switching of algorithm, and the control of PMSM is realized at full speed range.关键词
