摘要

Abstract

In order to make the design of multiphase permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor simple and accurate, based on motor geometric similar laws, main dimensions of five phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor were got. A two-dimensional model of motor was established based on the Maxwell. And taking the appropriate phase armature winding, reasonable no-load EMF was obtained. The size and shape of magnets were optimized to reduce the cogging torque, to make load torque fluctuation of the motor small. The output torques of motor in two cases, such as the stable operation and the lack a phase were analyzed, which the motor Finally, a prototype was tested, verifying the rationality of the design method and the accuracy of Maxwell simulation. A theoretical and practical reference for the design of multiphase permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor were provided. It has a certain significance in engineering.
