摘要

Abstract

This paper expounded the influence of the cumulative error of the vertical machine’ s rotor axial di-mension and the shape and position tolerance on bearing clearance, clarified that the bearing clearance is the domi-nant factor to decide the temperature rise of bearing. It described the method of ensuring vertical motor bearing clear-ance:via the adjustment of bearing chamber tolerance and control of and diameter jump to eliminate the influence of the shape and position tolerance on bearing clearance in the assembly process. Through the temperature trend chart obtained from the measurement of bearing mo-load temperature rise it can illustrate the bearing temperature rise trend of different motor frame size.
