摘要

Abstract

Based on the model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the theory of vector control, aiming at the development demand of current industrial CNC system for high power density, a multi-axis vector controlling permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system was presented based on DSP and FPGA,and the realization method of hardware and software was introduced . The servo system has all the functions of data sampling,data processing, intelligent control and communication. The experimental results show that the system has advantages of small size, nice response, control precision,real-time, high reliability and excellent dynamic response.
