摘要

Abstract

The transfer matrix method and the finite element method are the main calculation methods of rotor critical speed of motor. The two methods were compared from three aspects including theoretical foundation, engineering treatment method and case calculation. The result shows that the calculated values of rotor critical speed are relatively close and meet the requirement of engineering calculation, although the different model simplified methods are used.
