改进的HVD方法在转子故障诊断中的应用∗
Application of Improved HVD Method in Fault Diagnosis of Rotor System
摘要
Abstract
A multi-component non-stationary signal time-frequency method based on improved Hilbert vibration decomposition ( HVD) was presented for the fault diagnosis of rotor system. Firstly, the instantaneous frequency of the largest component signal was separated from the non-stationary frequency of the original vibration signal by using a low-pass filter. Secondly, the corresponding envelope and initial phase was estimated according to the synchronous demodulation. Then, the time-frequency information of each component would be detected through every iteration step. A wave matching extending method based on minimum squared distance criteria was applied in order to overcome the end effects of HVD. The analysis of the simulated signal inflected a good effect of improved HVD in inhibiting the end effects and analyzing multi-component non-stationary signal. The effectiveness of improved HVD was validated by extracting fault features of rubbing rotor、oil whirl and oil whip vibration signals exactly.关键词
