Fault Diagnosis of Broken Rotor Bars of Asynchronous Motors Based on Stator Winding Signal Current and Noise Signal
摘要
Abstract
The expression of magneto-motive forces ( MMFs) of asynchronous motors when having broken rotor bars fault was given, then the diagnosis method based on detecting stator winding currents was induced. Secondly, based on the expression of MMFs, the expression of radical forces under broken rotor bars was derived. Then, a new diagnosis method based on radical force spectrum of broken rotor bars fault was proposed. This method used (2-4s) f1, (4-4s)f1 and (6-4s)f1 harmonic components of radical force spectrum to diagnose broken rotor bars fault of induction motors. Results of Finite Element Analysis validated the above conclusions.关键词
