On the Implementation Effects of Migrant Workers’ Vocational Education and Training Policy and Its Influencing Factors--A Case Study of Guizhou Province
摘要
Abstract
The data based on field survey in Guizhou Province shows that: although the effect of the current implementation of the education and training policy of migrant workers has achieved remarkable results, there is still a wide gap between policy expectation. Moreover, the organization system, education system and security system of vocational education and training of migrant workers all have significant influence on the implementation effects of policies. Therefore, in order to enhance the effects of vocational education and training for rural labors, it should regulate the organization sysstem, optimize teaching sysstem and strengthen material assurance.关键词
