Abstract
Building professional capacity model can effectively solve the problem of educational content hollow and short-term vocational behavior problems. Vocational Business Management model for modeling objects, using literature research, education and business interviews reflection method, in theory, teaching, employer Factors Affecting three perspectives of professional competence, based on the key elements of professional competence attribute extraction, Business Administration establish vocational model of professional competence, while the establishment of appropriate secondary-level indicators, construct vocational ability indicators. Finally, the characteristics of professional competence model are summarized, as well as discuss the application limits of professional competence model.关键词
