摘要

Abstract

Tourism industry is developing rapidly and has strong demand for skilled personnel, the literature mostly from the perspective that how to build vocational education practical training base better and effective, this article is from the perspective of star hotel managers and describe how to improve student training management, combined with the Grand Rivers Garden Hotel in detail. The experience of the hotel is mainly funded by College and hiring senior management, the hotel in the competitive market for self-development, professional and technical positions and management positions are served by hotel staff, front line staff are that students participate in training, so HR can achieve cost savings and student skills combine exercise and to promote the progressive development of the hotel and shape academic style, which includes high-quality hotel service quality and product innovation.
