基于KSAIBs增进的中职教育质量评价模型构建
Construction of Quality Evaluation Model for Secondary Vocational Education Based on Students’ KSAIBs Value-added

Abstract
KSAIBs is a collection of individual human resources quality indicators, including knowledges, skills,abilities, intervening variables and behaviors. Based on the theory of value-added education, students’ KSAIBs value-added rate after secondary vocational education is considered to directly reflect the education quality of secondary vocational school. According to the goal of skillful personnel training of secondary vocational education and requirements for quality improvement of secondary vocational education from the government, enterprises and students, this article decomposed the KSAIBs of secondary vocational school students into 21 indicators and constructed the quality evaluation index system of secondary vocational education using Delphi method. Using AHP method, each index weight of KSAIBs was determined, and the quality evaluation model of secondary vocational education was established. Also the corresponding implementation measures were put forward.关键词
