“四维一体”实验实训管理体系的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice on the Four-dimensions Practical Teaching Management System
摘要
Abstract
With the deepening of practical teaching reform in the vocational college, the lab management as an important part of implementation of practical teaching, which needs some adjustments on the conception, mode and methods of management. The lab management should base on the improvement of practical education with a clear target positioning. More explorations and practices should be done on the aspects of centralized and decentralized management mode, institutional and systematic working procedures, standardization and engineering practice environment, and quantitative evaluation with incentive mechanism based evaluation system, to build a relatively perfect “four-dimensions pattern practical teaching management system”which could make sure the implementation of teaching tasks.关键词
