摘要

Abstract

Higher education from elite education to mass education development process, application-oriented education as a new educational phenomenon emerged, and scale rapidly and substantially expand the number of schools, improve teacher competence is the key to achieve application-oriented education school location the right to build competency evaluation system for teachers from undergraduate college teachers' personal qualities, teaching ability, research ability, practical and technical service capabilities and technological innovation capacity in five areas, and to determine the criteria layer weight by analytic hierarchy process, reflecting the application undergraduate teacher competency development direction and focus.
