Analysis on Resources Sharing of Foreign Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges--With Changzhou Higher Vocational Education Town as an Example
摘要
Abstract
The resources of foreign teachers have been playing a role of great significance engaging in cooperative programs between Chinese and foreign colleges and enhancing the improvement of teaching level. It will give a strong boost to solve the resources shortage of foreign teachers by establishing a broad platform in sharing foreign teachers. Changzhou Science and Education Town implements the idea to create an employment mode which is guided by government and implemented by colleges with the features of sharing the risks together and gaining the common interests of win-win cooperation.关键词
