A Preliminary Research on the Introduction of Real Working Tasks into Practice Training--A Case Study of E-commerce Customer Service Training

Abstract
In vocational education, introducing real working tasks into practice training is fully expected. It is thought that the enthusiasm of learners can be aroused, and comprehensive abilities can be cultivated in a real situation. Take E-commerce customer service training as an example, through a two-year observation and research, the results show that the learning process of students is different from the working process. Many uncertainties may exist when real working tasks are introduced into practice training. Therefore, negotiation between school and enterprise is needed so that the real scene environment can be improved properly, a mixed teaching environment formed and rich teaching activities designed. Furthermore, all kinds of incentive measures and reflections need to be taken to make the role of real work tasks played effectively.关键词
