On the Action Mechanism of Education Urbanization for Migrant Workers’ Children Migrating from Countryside to City--Analysis Based on the Perspective of Stakeholders

Abstract
From the perspective of stakeholder theory, the education urbanization of migrant workers’ children involves seven stakeholders. According to three dimensions of legitimacy, power and urgency, the seven stakeholders can be divided into compulsory subjects, feedback subjects, implementation subjects and balance subjects, and these subjects constructed the action mechanism for education urbanization of migrant workers’ children by playing different roles.关键词
