Abstract
Training center construction is not only the“hardware”construction such as the equipment purchase, but also the construction of teaching team and administrative mechanism. Looking back on the process of construction of the nursing training center, it is valuable to explore any other training bases. The mode of school-hospital construction is a basis to build and run the training center based vocational ability. The teaching team of double qualified teachers is the soul. Open management is guarantee mechanism of cultivating students’vocational ability.关键词
