Abstract
Young teachers as an important part of university teachers, the level of teaching ability directly affects the quality of teaching is good or bad. Develop and enhance the teaching ability of young teachers is an important part of the application undergraduate teachers’construction work, the school should be based on application-oriented talents training requirements, the implementation of strict access system of teaching, strengthen school-based induction training new teachers and young teachers in-service training, and implementation young teacher mentor system.关键词
