高职教育校企一体化办学的认识与实施
Understanding and Implementation of School-enterprise Integration Running Schools in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract
This language rheology from the “school-enterprise cooperation” to “school-enterprise integration” shows that higher vocational education school-enterprise cooperation in running schools has come into a new phase. The establishment of the national higher vocational education “school-enterprise integration” Innovation Union means that “school-enterprise integration” is no longer just a case of theory research and practice exploration, but a phenomenon of higher vocational education. Core of the concept of “school-enterprise integration” lies in “integration”. There exists “organizational integration”, “functional integration” and “management integration” three different angles of understanding in the connotation. The study of the practice of school-enterprise integration running schools currently in higher vocational education in China shows that there are three modes of independent bodies, jointly established bodies and collaborative bodies. Analyzing the existing typical cases by interviews, we find that the four major areas of interest, ability, culture, policies are key factors which affect the success of “school-enterprise integration” running schools in higher vocational schools.关键词
