On School-enterprise Community School-running Practice of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College
摘要
Abstract
It is crucial to launch production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation for improving the quality of higher vocational education talents. Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College cooperated with the mainstream of enterprises of regionally dominant industries, established the school-enterprise community and innovated the school-running mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation; and jointly met with the industrial requirements and adjusted the specialty setting and orientation; innovated the talent cultivation mode through school-enterprises community. Through the exploration and practice of community, Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College has enhanced its talent cultivation quality and social impacts; meanwhile, the cooperated enterprises have improved the independent innovation ability and the product market development ability.关键词
