摘要

Abstract

Teaching evaluation is a scientific judgment of the value of teaching activities and their results. A correct view of teaching evaluation should deeply understand the basic elements, make multiple subjects, multi-dimensional content, diverse forms and multi-function. The multiple evaluation system was set up, characterized by process control, including the final written examination of theoretical knowledge, process evaluation of practical knowledge, and usual formative tests, combining with the teaching practice of “fruit and vegetable storage and process”. Effective teaching evaluation can improve the teaching quality, and further promote the development of higher vocational curriculum reform.
