System Thinking of Construction of Applied Technology University
摘要
Abstract
System thinking is imperative for the transformation of local university to applied technology university, and it is necessary to fully grasp the premise, key, carrier and organization guarantee. Specifically, it is important to define the orientation of applied technology university simultaneously belonging to general and higher vocational education systems; regard constructing school-enterprise cooperation mechanism as the key and guarantee it from legislation and interest sharing mechanism; scientifically understand the “applied” and strengthen the construction of specialty connotation; perfect internal governance structure and explore goal governance to create conditions for university transformation.关键词
