摘要
Abstract
The transformation and development of the application-oriented universities is the inevitable trend and internal requirement for university’s reforms. Constructing talent-nurturing mode is crucial for nurturing high-qualified professionals. And it is also the need of both industrial structural adjustment and social development. Thus, it is imperative to use marketing 4R theory and reference its core elements to build a market-based talent-nurturing mode and emphasize the relationship between universities and enterprises. At the same time, it is necessary to optimize the traditional talent-training mode from school-running philosophy, course system, teaching management and teaching staff and its series of assurance mechanism, so as to guarantee talent training of applied technology university to match local economic development.关键词
