应用技术型本科高校“双师型”教师评定标准研究

摘要
Abstract
The “dual-qualification” teachers of application-oriented undergraduate institutions are the basic guarantee of cultivating innovative and application-oriented undergraduate talents. Through establishing convergence path on “dual-qualification” teachers of application-oriented undergraduate institutions and students,we have constructed the dominant characteristic index and the recessive characteristic index of iceberg model for “dual-qualification” teachers on the basis of the four principles:the combination of evaluation index and development orientation of undergraduate institutions;the combination of static and dynamic;the combination of quantitative and qualitative,etc.,which aimed at setting up evaluation criterion for “dual-qualification” teachers.关键词
