On Function orientations of Rural Vocational Education under the Vision of New Urbanization--Based on the Perspective of Farmers Citizenship in City
摘要
Abstract
The new urbanization will effectively promote the development process of China’s citizens. The farmers shifting to the citizen, not just the change of geographical aspects, but contains the integration into urban society in values, behavior, public awareness, etc. However, the citizen of farmers was directly limited by institutional culture, values, norms of public life, and self-awareness. Thus, it is necessary to, relying on the construction of new town, to affirm the function orientations of rural vocational education, run citizen education towards farmers through rural vocational education and training, and launch constantly re-socialization towards new citizens to further consolidate the public of the outcome, while improving modern civilization accomplishment and ability of citizen farmers.关键词
