Abstract
The development of adult vocational education in rural areas and to improve the quality of education depends on the overall level of the teachers. However, the number of China's rural adult vocational education teachers is shortage, the quality is not high, The structure is not excellent, continuing education system is not perfect, continuing education system is not perfect and other problems still exist, which closely with national policies, regulations, systems and so on. So we need to reflect and clarify existing rural adult vocational education and training policies and regulations, innovative institutional mechanisms, improve teacher education training model, optimize the structure of teachers.关键词
