Discussion on"Dual-qualification"Teachers'Abilities of Serving Society in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Social service abilities of "dual-qualification" teachers in higher vocational colleges are the abilities in promotion of scientific and technological achievements, enterprise technology research and development, and production practice guidance outside of the school field, on the basis of completing school's work on teaching and research. It embodies mainly technical, training and cultural service abilities. To develop abilities, it is necessary to rationally orient the teachers' duties in the institution and policies, construct the mechanism and platform for "dual-qualification"teachers serving society in schools and strengthen the awareness of teachers about their roles and vocation.关键词
