我国职业院校管理工作的理念与实践
On the Concept and Practice of the Management Work of Vocational Schools in China
摘要
Abstract
The management concept of vocational colleges is rooted in the abstraction and generalization of practice; meanwhile, it guides the practice. This paper extracts three basic concepts of“people-oriented”, “government by law” and “plan as a whole”. Strictly speaking, these concepts applies to both vocational colleges and ordinary colleges. However, they are endowed with more specific connotation for vocational colleges.关键词
