摘要

Abstract

In turning the education and research achievements into productivity, the construction of “education and research community” stands a necessary requirement. Through case analysis, we explored the inherent characters, operating models and supporting mechanisms of“education and research community” in Hangzhou. Results showed that“education and research community” helps educational institutions fully perform their functions and facilitate the process of changing ways of educating and researching. Moreover, it also promotes the reformation of in-school organization of education; meanwhile, it accelerating the development of teachers’ professional skills. All in all, it is beneficial for the cultivation of students’ vocational skills.
