“中等收入陷阱”跨越阶段高等职业教育的作用与发展策略
The Roles and Development Strategy of Higher Vocational Education in the Stage of Spanning the“Middle-income Trap”
摘要
Abstract
As China are striving for being one of the high-income countries, higher vocational education as the main mass-production department of high-skilled talents, can be helpful for industry transformation and upgrading, increase human capital of the society, lead the technological innovation and technical progress, and promote investment, consumption and export,which will boost economy growth. Meanwhile, higher vocational education also can play important roles in serving the process of urbanization, enhancing the low-income groups capacity, and improving the system and culture of the society, which will promote social development. Facing some developmental challenges, China has to establish a more open and flexible vocational education system, accelerate the major structure adjustment of higher vocational education so as to meet the needs of human resource market, reinforce the reformation of education and teaching, and expand its functions to meet the needs of the society.关键词
