Abstract
The university-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate applied talents of newly-founded universities in the transition period. The mutual infiltration, complementary advantages, resource sharing and interests win-win between university and enterprise are the source of sustainable development to cultivate applied talents. Based on the vision of “win-win” university-enterprise cooperation mechanism, in the transition period, the scientific orientation is the leading, the platform construction is the carrier, the construction and perfect of institutions and mechanisms is the guarantee, and the innovation is the development momentum.关键词
