Transformation of Local Undergraduate Colleges：Choice of Path and Practical Innovation
摘要
Abstract
The transformation of China’s local colleges has three kinds of contents including “modified type”, “fixed type” and “strengthened type”. From the aspect of many school cases, most local colleges make transformation strategies and boost transformation practice around eight aspects of educational philosophy, educational orientation, talent training, professional disciplines, service function, teaching staff, educational ways and the organization and management, in order to improve the disadvantaged position of “starting lately, weak foundation, low employment rate, big difficulties, etc.”.关键词
