摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the academia increasingly concerned the study on the transformation of local undergraduate colleges. And the number of research papers increased sharply in 2014. By analyzing the studies of the academic papers, it is found that the scholars focus mainly on three aspects: the first is to pay attention to the motive of transformation of local undergraduate colleges, which consider that the transformation is the need for the reform and development of higher education, is the crying need for economic and social development, and is the result of government’s strong impulse. The second is to pay attention to the problems of transformation confronted by local undergraduate colleges, including realistic predicament, real challenges and realistic confusion. The third is to pay attention to the strategy of transformation of local undergraduate colleges, such as the government should provide the guarantee from policy, capital, legislation and classification management; the colleges should respond positively in specialty construction, talents training and teachers’ construction; the industries and enterprises should actively participate in and provide corresponding support for local undergraduate colleges. On the whole, the current study presents the following characteristics of research method gradually diversified, research perspective more extensive, and research content gradually in-depth.关键词
