摘要

Abstract

From the perspective of the pre-vocational education, the 120 years (from 1896 up to now) of professional development of German vocational education teachers can be roughly divided into four distinct phases. Each phase reflects the changes of the following two relationships: First, relationship between vocational education and general education within the education system, the second is the relationship between vocational education and the trade & industry. In other words, the characteristic of each phase reflects the result of gaming of all the interested parties in the education reform, which caused by changes in economic and political strategy.
