Analysis on the Manifestations, Reasons and Countermeasures of Occupation Burnout of University Archives Management Personnel
摘要
Abstract
Because of the particularity of the management of university archives, occupation burnout takes place easily on individual. In this paper, through analysis of the manifestations of college archives management personnel occupation burnout and the reasons of formation of occupation burnout, and then according to the individual, organization and society this three different levels, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, and strive to increase the university archives management personnel’s work enthusiasm, so as to improve the work level and efficiency of the archives management work.关键词
