中医体质理论融入中医药院校体育教学的研究
Application of Chinese medicine constitution theories in physical education of TCM colleges and universities
摘要
Abstract
The writers conducted interdisciplinary research on TCM constitution theories and physical education theories. Discussion was conducted on giving full play to educational role of physical education, promoting physical educational reform in TCM colleges and universities, and improving medical students’physical health. The writers proposed that TCM culture should be inherited to innovate teaching mode of physical education so as to advance effectiveness of teaching reform and perfect students’physical fitness test system, which was hoped to provide new reference for application of TCM constitution theories in the field of physical education.关键词
