茶条槭叶石油醚部位化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from Petroleum Ether Fraction of Acer ginnala Leaves
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether fraction of Acer ginnala.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography,and the structure were identified by NMR and physicochemical properties.Results:Nigh compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction of 80% ethanol extracts of the Acer ginnala leaves and identified as follows:taraxerol(1),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),daucosterol (3),L-2-O-methyl-chiro-inositol (4),myricadiol (5),stigmasterol (6),ethyl gallate (7),lupeol (8),β-sitosterol (9).Conclusion:Compounds 1,2,5 and 8 were obtained from the genus of this plant for the first time;compounds 1-3,5,6 and 8 were obtained from this plant for the first time.关键词
