摘要

Abstract

Objective:To research the components and their relative amount of oil from Annonasquamosa seed. Methods:Petroleum ether was used to extract oils from A.squamosa seed.The components and their relative amount of methyl esterification of the oils was analyzed by GC-MS.Results:The yield of the oil from A.squamosa seed was 8.27%.The major chemical constituents of the oil were arepalmitic acid(12.5%),linoleic acid(13.2%),oleic acid(24.3%),stearic acid (16.3%)and elaidic acid(12.8%).Conclusion:A.squamosa seed oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acid with the relative content of 58.2%.
