大黄和栀子对脾胃虚寒实验大鼠模型的影响
Effect of Rheum officinale and Gardenia jasminoides on Spleen and Stomach Cold Experimental Model in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of two common Chinese medicine Rheum officinale and Gardenia jasminoides,on spleen and stomach cold experimental model in rat.Methods:The spleen and stomach cold experimental model in rats was copied.Different doses of extracts of two drugs as the test material,weight index,the stomach gastric emptying rate, malondialdehyde (MDA ) were measured, and enzyme-linked immunoassay has been applied to the determination of serum gastric gastrin-releasing (GAS ),MTL and PGE2 in different groups.Results:All indicatiors in Rh.officinale high dose group showed no significant difference compared with model group.PGE2 in Rh.officinale medium dose group had significant difference compared with model group.Gastric emptying rate and GAS,in Rh.officinale low dose group had significant difference,compared with model group,the PGE2 and MTL had a very significant difference.All indexes in G.jasminoides high and low dose groups showed no significant difference compared with model group,all indexes in G.jasminoides medium dose group showed significant difference compared with model group,and the MDA has very significant difference.Conclusion:Rh.officinale low dose has good treatment effect on spleen deficiency rats,high and middle dose shows no therapeutic effect.G.jasminoides medium dose has good treatment effect on spleen deficiency rats,high and low dose show no therapeutic effect.关键词
