Abstract
Objective:To study the formulation and preparation of TCM cataplasms with cross-linked hydrogel matrix.Methods:Polyacrylic sodium was used as one of the main matrix material,which chemically reacted with aluminum salt to form cross-linked hydrogel matrix of the cataplasms,and the properties of the cataplasms were evaluated.Results:The cross-linked hydrogel matrix was able to load relatively high amount of extracts of TCM and other ingredients,and provide suitable properties.Conclusion:The cross-linked hydrogel matrix is ideal for the development of novel TCMcataplasms.关键词
