鲜药入膳的发展与应用

Abstract
Fresh crude drug is widely used in cooking in China,for example,Houttuynia cordata Thunb.is cooked as cold dishes in Sichuan,Guizhou and other districts.Another example,Perilla frutescens (L.)Britt.is always cooked with river snail and fish in Hunan and Guangxi provinces.Making medicated diet with fresh crude drug has a good prospect, because it not only reflects health care function of medicated diet,but also highlights the advantages and characteristics of fresh crude drug.There are four suggestions on popularizing medicated diet with fresh crude drug.Firstly,the relevant standards and regulations on medicated diet with fresh crude drug shoud be set up.Secondly ,medicated diet restaurants and traditional Chinese medicine planting bases integration should be built.Thirdly,research on fresh preservation technology need to be focused.Last of all,the industrial development of medicated diet with fresh crude drug ought to be promoted.关键词
